    App Store -> Updates -> Purple Notes -> Update
     
  4. Please check that all your iOS devices are connected to the internet. Corporate firewalls may block traffic to iCloud servers. Please enable mobile data usage for the iCloud.
    Settings App -> iCloud -> iCloud Drive -> Use Mobile Data -> Enable
     
  5. Please check that all your Macs are running the latest version of macOS.
    App Store -> Updates -> No Updates Available
     
  6. Please check that all your Macs are running the latest version of Purple Notes app.
    App Store -> Updates -> Purple Notes -> Update
     
  7. Please check that all your Macs are connected to the internet. Corporate firewalls and various privacy programs may block traffic to iCloud servers.
