How to resolve synchronisation issues on iPad?
- Make sure to synchronise time automatically on your device.
Settings App -> General -> Date & Time -> Set Automatically -> Enabled
- Check that you can see Purple Notes app listed and enabled in the iCloud Drive settings.
Settings -> iCloud -> iCloud Drive -> Purple Notes -> Enabled
- Force iCloud Drive sync.
Turn off “iCloud Drive” in iCloud settings -> Restart device -> Turning it back on
- Reset Application on device that is having problems.
Delete app from the device -> Reinstall app from the App Store -> Launch the app and let it work for some time
